6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept payments through WooCommerce and other specified methods on our website. Refunds: Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Live Coaching Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Courses and Products: Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final. However, if you encounter issues accessing or downloading a product, please contact us for assistance.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to subscription-based Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the cancellation will take effect. No partial refunds are provided for subscription cancellations.
